Arboricultural Assessor

Salary range:           £17,680 to £35,360 per annum

Part-time and full-time (flexible) roles available

We are looking for Assessors nationwide who are motivated, engaging, and inspiring.  These roles will be working closely with our Arb lead supporting learners remotely. Perhaps you are looking for a career change coming off the tools having gained a wealth of experience, or you are already involved in Arboricultural education.

This role can be worked flexibly.

It is essential that you have:

• A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture; or equivalent.
• Experienced in the field of Arboriculture.
• Excellent written communication skills and computer/IT skills.
• The ability to work well in a team and be collaborative, taking ownership.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Have an adaptive and responsive approach to workload and the ability to proactively prioritise accordingly.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with a strong work ethic.

It would be desirable if you have one or more of the following:

• Level 3 Assessor or equivalent / A teaching qualification relevant to the discipline.
• Level 6 or equivalent in Arboriculture/Ecology.
• Prior experience of educational assessment.
• Internal Verification (IV) and/or quality assurance (EQA/IQA).
